This website is hosted through OpenAI’s ChatGPT Sites using Cloudflare infrastructure. Visits involve the processing of technical connection data, including your IP address, the requested page, the time of access, and browser and device information. This enables the website to be delivered and operated securely.

These providers may use technical logs and security features. Their privacy notices, linked below, explain their processing practices.

The form prepares your details as an email draft in your browser. It does not submit them to a form server or store them in a website database. The message is sent only when you open the draft and send it from your email app.

When you contact me, I process your contact details and message to respond to your enquiry and discuss working together. The hello@cortalus.com mailbox is hosted by Namecheap Private Email. Your own email provider also processes the message when you send it.

Cortalus has not added analytics or advertising trackers to this website. The hosting platform may use technically necessary cookies and security features. Fonts, images and the background video are served through the website’s hosting. There are no embedded social media feeds or external video players.

The LinkedIn link leads to an external website. If you follow it, the provider’s own privacy notice applies there.

OpenAI and Cloudflare receive technical visitor data as part of hosting and delivering the website. Namecheap processes email data to operate the mailbox. Processing may take place outside Switzerland, particularly in the United States and the European Economic Area.

Cloudflare describes safeguards for international transfers including the Swiss–U.S. Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses. Please see the providers’ privacy notices for their information on processing locations and safeguards.

Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to handle them, support any resulting working relationship, or meet legal retention obligations. Providers’ technical logs are subject to their respective retention rules.
